At Rise & Shine Risers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you find an error in your order, you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return for replacement. For eligibility, the item must remain in its original, unused condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase email.

Any damages incurred during the return shipment become the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise insuring packages for protection. Damaged merchandise upon return receipt will not be credited. Additionally, customers bear the initial shipping and return shipping costs; no credit will be issued for shipping expenses.
